Create a quiet, peaceful, uninterrupted space that allows you to relax. Depending on your type of session, here are some ideas that can assist you with your session though none are necessary:
Diffuse essential oils
Comfortable lighting
Earbuds
Internet
Soft calming instrumental music…
(Examples: Chakra balance or nature sounds)
Blanket
Pillow
Or anything relaxing and soothing to you
